ALL STAR ELIGIBILITY
To qualify a player must:
     • be rostered on a high school hockey team in the CSHL or NVSHL
     • be in good standing and have a current USA Hockey number
     • skaters must play in a minimum of 6 regular season games
     • goalies must play in a minimum of 4 regular season games
